GENERAL CARE

• Regular Cleaning: Dust regularly with a clean, soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth to maintain the natural wood finish.

• Wood Surface Care: When necessary, clean with a suitable wood furniture cleaner, following the direction of the wood grain. Wipe dry with a clean, lint-free cloth. Small marks and scratches may be touched up or covered with a marker or touch up stick.

• Spill Protection: Wipe spills immediately to prevent staining or damage. Avoid allowing liquids to remain on wooden surfaces.

• Surface Protection: Use protective pads beneath lamps, decorative objects and accessories to minimize scratches, heat marks and surface damage.

• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, heat sources and excessive moisture to prevent fading, cracking or warping.

• Raffia Handle Care: Gently dust the raffia-wrapped handle with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid excessive moisture, harsh cleaning products and abrasive scrubbing to preserve the natural woven texture.

• Do not place hot cups, pots or serving dishes directly onto wooden surfaces.

• Alcohol, nail polish and perfume are also dangerous because they can dissolve the furniture finish on contact and may require professional repairs.
