Fabric:100% Sunbrella solution dyed acrylic yarns. Solution dyeing makes the fabric resistant to fading from exposure to UV rays from the sun - though over time some fading will occur. The fabric has a highly water-resistant (RAIN) coating layer applied to the reverse face, helping prevent water travelling beyond the surface of the fabric. This coating makes the fabric itself water resistant, but not 100% waterproof. Only solution dyeing can make a fabric that is resistant to fading with exposure to UV rays from the sun

To make a return please contact email@example.com and your request will be reviewed. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. If you choose to return an item, the return shipping is your responsibility and our initial shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. Our shipping costs are often higher than what we charge customers.
Items must be in original packaging and in their original state to be returned.
We offer free local pick up from any Hauser store location. You may choose this option at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready and pick up should be made within a week of being notified. Storage fees may apply if a product is warehoused for an extended amount of time.
You can now toggle between CA and USD while shopping; however final checkout prices are always in CAD.
Hauser is located in Ontario, Canada and charges the sales taxes (HST) applicable to Ontario. Orders shipped outside of Ontario are charged HST. Outside of Canada we do not charge sales taxes. You will be responsible for paying import duties, brokerage fees and current China tariffs to the USA if applicable. Please note that all items are subject to duties and tariffs. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you live outside of our shipping area please contact us and we will quote a shipping charge.
Many items in the store ship within 2-3 business days. Each item has a specific shipping lead time. Once you place an order we'll contact you within 48 hours to give an approximate lead time. Once your order has shipped you'll receive confirmation. Orders with multiple items may have multiple tracking numbers and different arrival dates.
Custom items and special orders require a longer lead time. A representative will contact you within 48 hours with an expected ship date.
Many items are shipped via courier. Our larger items are considered oversize and may be shipped with a freight carrier. Please note furniture deliveries are curbside only. The delivery person does not enter the home or assemble the furniture. White glove service may be requested in certain areas at an extra cost. Shipping fees are calculated by total order weight. Some oversize pieces may be subject to additional charges due to size and distance. If your order requires extra fees, you will be contacted with 48 hours with a quote.
Although we do our best to feature in stock items occasionally products do sell out before we have a chance to update our inventory. If you purchase an item that is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated stock date. If this date is not satisfactory we will issue a 100% refund and/or suggest a similar item.
