Large Mahogany Bowl

Handcrafted by artisans in the Peten region of Guatemala each bowl is unique and elevates your dining occasion and table scape with a touch of warmth. Finely tapered edges and rich reddish hues every kitchen deserves an elegant wooden bowl. Mahogany ages beautifully and as time goes by the wood will deepen in color and add an alluring contrast to your dinnerware.

Care: Hardwoods will last a lifetime with a little care.

We recommend conditioning boards, spoons and bowls with a mixture of beeswax and food safe linseed oil, mineral oil or any other natural oil that does not turn rancid. Do this once a week for the first month and then sporadically to restore vibrancy when the wood dulls. Items can be handwashed with warm soapy water but do not leave submerged in water.
