Teak: Do not oil. Clean with mild soapy water.

Cusions: Use solution of mild soapy water and brush cuhion with clean soft bristle brush of rag.

Storage: Covered indoor storage is reccomended. When no in use cover with our patio furniture covers to keep cushions & frame clean.

You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total within 15 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us or return it to a Hauser store. You must obtain a return authorization number to be attached to the package. Contact customer service or hauserstores.com All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note, if you chose to return an item, the return shipping is your responsibility and our actual initial shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please note our actual shipping costs are often higher than what we charge customers and can be up to $500.

Items must be in original packaging and in their original state to be eligible.

Other than in the event of a severe product defect, sofas, beds, dining tables and any furniture over 50 lbs are final sale. We do not accept returns due to size. Please measure accordingly before ordering.

Floor models and clearance section items are final sale.

We do our best to feature in stock items but in some instances, products can sell out before we have the chance to update our website. If you purchase an item that is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated stock date. If the date isn’t to your liking we will reimburse you 100% and/or suggest a similar in stock item. Local pick up

We offer free local pick up from any Hauser store location. You may choose this option at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready and pick up should be made within a week of being notified. Storage fees may apply if a product is warehoused for an extended amount of time.

Hauser is located in Ontario, Canada and charges the sales taxes (HST) applicable to Ontario. Orders shipped outside of Ontario are charged HST. Outside of Canada, we do not charge sales taxes. You will be responsible for paying import duties, brokerage fees and current China tariffs to the USA if applicable. Note that all items are subject to duties and tariffs. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you live outside of our shipping area please contact us and we can quote a shipping charge.

Lead Times

Many items on the store ship within 2-3 business days. Each item have specific shipping lead times. Once you place an order we’ll contact you within 48 hours to give an approximate lead time. Once your items is shipped you’ll receive confirmation. Orders with multiple items may have multiple tracking numbers and different arrival dates.

Custom items and special orders require a longer lead time. A representative will contact you within 48 hours with an expected ship date.

Many items are shipped via Courier. Our larger items are considered oversize and may be shipped with a freight carrier. Please note furniture deliveries are curbside only. Meaning the delivery men do not enter the home or assemble the furniture. White glove service may be requested in certain areas at an extra cost. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to this service please notify customerservice@hauserstores.com

USA shipping fees are calculated by total order weight. Some oversize pieces may be subject to additional shipping charges due to size and distance. If your order requires extra fees, you will be contacted within 48 hours with a quote.

Please note, all custom orders, floor models and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To make a return please contact customerservice@hauserstores.com and your request will be reviewed. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
