At Hauser we pride ourselves on being able to deliver product when it’s expected, and when that doesn’t happen, we go against something we have worked hard for over 70 years. However, this year continues to be one of unprecedented events.
How the pandemic has impacted the supply chain and delivery.
An increased demand for furniture and home goods, coupled with shortages in raw materials and labour has created manufacturing and shipping delays across our industry.
At this time, we are receiving sudden and sporadic notifications of shifts in product arrival dates. We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience as we work to get you your furniture as soon as possible.
We are working to keep you updated. When major delays are expected we working hard to keep you updated on the status of your order. If you have any questions on the arrival date of a product you purchased our Customer Service Team is happy to assist you with your inquiry.
There are a few things to remember while shopping online. Products that are NOT in-stock are listed as "Special Order" or "Pre-Order" products (you can find this label in bold under the 'Product Details' section). While we work hard to provide accurate lead times for these products, the delivery dates listed are only 'estimates' and are subject to change.
