All the furniture that we sell on line is custom made for each customer. This merchandise is non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
Any necessary returns must be pre-authorized by our head office prior to returning and must be reported within 48 hours of the receipt of the goods. All returns must be shipped back at the expense of the customer and include the return authorization number from Hauser Head Office. Note that custom order furniture cannot be returned.
