For over 75 years, Hauser has been an innovative manufacturer and retailer of fine interior and exterior furnishings.  We are a family business, proudly Canadian, with 6 locations across Ontario.

We are searching for a Customer Care & Administrative Associate to provide exceptional customer service to our Hauser customers through email, phone, live chat, and other social media platforms.  Your main role will be to provide our customers with a satisfying shopping experience, and to create life- long relationships with our shoppers.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Processing orders, and everything about orders including changes, returns, and customer requests,
  • Providing excellent communication skills both written and verbal to customer inquiries,
  • Ability to problem solve and act quickly, with clear thought process,
  • Work in a friendly and calm manner, with abilities to diffuse conflict,
  • Bring a positive, professional, and confident attitude to work,
  • Thrive in a fast- paced, team environment,
  • Completing additional tasks when required,
  • Learning about all Hauser products, to service our clients effectively.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma,
  • 1-Year customer service experience,
  • Competent and comfortable with computer work, and ability to work on various platforms quickly and effectively,
  • A passion for design, and decorating,
  • Team player attitude.
