In-Store Shopping

We are excited to be reopening our doors on June 11th. However, due to capacity restrictions and the small size of our showrooms we strongly encourage you to book an appointment with your local store to avoid a possible wait.

In-store shopping procedures (when open):

1. Masks are mandatory & we ask that you sanitize before entering any of our showrooms.

2. Reduced store capacity. Due to very limited capacity we strongly encourage you to book an appointment to avoid having to wait.

3. Please practice proper physical distancing and keep at least 2 meters of space between yourself & others while shopping.

Shopping Online

We are always open for online shopping and will continue to ship orders with Home Delivery & Curbside Pick-Up available in select locations.

Note: To keep our warehouse & shipping functioning efficiently we are unable to add on to open online orders & ask that you place a separate order. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate shipping these orders together. We apologize for the inconvenience this my cause.

Curbside Pick-Up

Select stores remain open for curbside pick-up, but days/hours of operation vary. If you choose free curbside pick-up you will be contacted when your order is ready.

To continue to operate Curbside Pick-Up safely & efficiently we ask that you wait to receive a confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up. Many of our in-stock products are shipped from our warehouse to the store and may take 5-10 business days to arrive.

 
Home Delivery

Yes, we ship across Canada! In-Stock and Ready-to-Ship items will leave our warehouse within 3-7 business days, while Made-to-Order products that require a custom fabric or finish may take 6-8 weeks to manufacture. Lead times on Special Order products brought in from our Brand Partners (ie. Gloster, Tuuci, Chilewich ect...) vary by brand and estimated delivery times will be listed in the product details of these pieces.

When your order is ready we will provide a tracking number or call to arrange a delivery date.

Ontario & Quebec

Flat Rate Shipping is in effect in most areas of Ontario and Quebec. Only $99 shipping on orders over $1000. Exclusions apply.

Rest of Canada

Shipping rates vary for locations outside of Ontario & Quebec. For areas within our standard delivery range shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Any areas outside of our delivery range will receive a "Shipping Quoted Separately" message at checkout. After placing your order a representative will reach out to you with a shipping quote. At this time you may choose to proceed or have your order refunded.
