COVID-19 Updates & FAQ

To our wonderful customers,

Our stores are open - but hours vary by location. Private in-store appointments are also available before & after hours. Check the Store Locator to find your local store hours or book an appointment!

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 our stores & warehouses continue to operate under the safety guidelines outlined by the Public Health Agency of Canada with regular disinfecting and personal hygiene procedures in place.

New in-store shopping procedures:

1. We ask the you wear a mask & sanitize before entering any of our showrooms.

2. Reduced store capacity. If this maximum is reached, doors will be locked and patrons will be asked to line up on the markers outside of the store.

3. Please practice proper physical distancing and keep at least 2 meters of space between yourself & others while shopping.

4. Curbside Pick Up: Please arrive on your scheduled pick up dateand park in the designated "Curbside Pick Up" space located near the entrance of all stores (except Toronto - located at back of store). Please call the store to let us know you're here & we will place your purchase outside for you!

 

FAQ - SHIPPING & MANUFACTURING

Are you taking new orders, and will the lead time be affected? 

Yes, we are processing & shipping online orders. All in-stock items (that do not require customization) typically ship within a week. These specific pieces can be found in our Quick Ship Collection of outdoor furniture.

Are Delivery & Pick-Up Available? 

Home Delivery is available & contactless. Goods will be left outside for you to receive. Plus, we now deliver across North America.

Waterloo - 330 Weber St. North
London - 314 Adelaide St. South
Burlington - 1273 Plains Rd. West (New Location)
Toronto - 218 Merton St.
Ottawa - 1780 Woodward Dr.

Once your order is placed you will be contacted by a Hauser representative to coordinate a pick up time & location.

Is our factory/manufacturing open? 

Our factory/warehouse are open and continue to operate under the safety guidelines outlined by the Public Health Agency of Canada

Is my existing order affected?

Existing orders are in process to meet the dates of clients.  If you have a concern about your order please email us at info@hauserstores.com.  We are fully operational remotely with select in office staff to attend to your requests. We are here to help!

Can I pick up at a store?Yes! In the case of pick-ups we will contact you directly via phone or email to make appropriate arrangements. Reach out to us at info@hauserstoes.com

Are you accepting returns? Unfortunately, due to health guidelines we are unable to accept returns at this time.

Are you accepting repairs? Unfortunately, due to health guidelines we are unable to accept repairs at this time.
