Most items are shipped from our warehouse via common carrier or select courier.  Items cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.  Custom order furniture items will usually ship within 3 weeks of receipt of the order.   These items are custom made per order and do take extra time.  In stock accessory items usually ship via courier in 3 to 5 days.

HOME DELIVERY

Most of our furniture items require our Hauser select delivery service. These goods will ship common carrier with a tail gate lift.  At the time of order please provide a daytime phone number as you will be contacted during working hours by a representative to set up a time for delivery. Deliveries are scheduled between 8am and 5pm Monday thru Friday.  A 4 hour window for delivery will be provided.   The driver will assist in removing this from the tail gate of the truck.  It is the responsibility of the client to un-carton, assemble and  place the goods in the desired location.
